01Purpose
These general terms of sale (GTS) govern the sale of and access to the Purity White AI software, a SaaS solution for automation, appointment booking and AI assistance dedicated to professionals in the beauty sector.
02Offer & subscription model
Purity White AI is offered as a monthly subscription or an annual subscription.
Monthly subscription :
- no commitment;
- automatic tacit renewal;
- billed monthly in advance.
Annual subscription :
- firm 12-month commitment;
- no automatic renewal at the end of the annual period;
- at expiry, the client chooses a new annual subscription or a monthly subscription.
03Pricing
Two plans are offered:
- AURA — €29.99 per month, for the professional working alone;
- ÉCLAT — €49.99 per month, for the salon managing a team.
The amount including tax is shown at payment. Purity White AI reserves the right to offer temporary promotional offers and to change its prices at any time; new prices apply to future subscription periods.

04Promotional offers, referral & ambassadors
Referral. A referral program is offered, which may include 50% commission for the first 5 referred clients, then 70% commission from the 6th client. The referral and ambassador program is governed by specific rules, available on the platform and modifiable at any time by Purity White AI.
Ambassadors. Purity White AI may work with ambassadors paid on commission for each client brought in. The exact terms (duration, rate, payment) may change and are specified outside these GTS.
05Free trial
A free trial period of 7 days is offered.
- a credit card is required at sign-up;
- after the 7 days, the subscription is automatically billed, unless cancelled before the end of the trial period.
No reminder or manual confirmation is required.
06Payment terms
- payment by credit card via Stripe;
- monthly payment in advance;
- Stripe fees are covered by Purity White AI.
Payment failure. In the event of a payment failure, a 7-day grace period applies; after this period, access may be suspended.
07Deposits & booking fees
The software allows deposits to be taken and booking fees to be applied (currently 3.5%). These fees may be borne by the end client, by the professional, or shared, depending on the professional’s choice.
Liability. Purity White AI is entirely excluded from any dispute related to deposits. Funds never pass through Purity White AI: payments are handled directly by Stripe on behalf of the professional. Any refund is handled exclusively between the professional and their client.
08Unpaid amounts — suspension — deletion
In the event of prolonged non-payment: full account blocking, followed by gradual removal of access. Data is not accessible during suspension.
09Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law applicable to B2B contracts, the client expressly acknowledges the absence of a right of withdrawal.
10Cancellation
- the client may cancel at any time;
- cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period;
- no pro-rated refund will be issued.
11Limitation of financial liability
Purity White AI excludes all liability in the event of financial losses, client disputes, or errors related to the AI or to the data provided by the professional.
Purity White AI’s financial liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client over the last 12 months.
12Force majeure & third-party services
Purity White AI cannot be held liable in the event of a failure or unavailability of Stripe, a failure or restriction by Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram), an OpenAI failure, or a regulatory or administrative decision. These events constitute cases of force majeure.
13VAT & invoicing
- VAT is applied from the start of the business;
- invoices are sent on request by email and later available in the dashboard.
14Changes to the GTS
Purity White AI reserves the right to modify these GTS at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published or notified.
15Acceptance of the GTS
Acceptance of the GTS is confirmed by a mandatory checkbox at sign-up, constituting full and complete acceptance.
16Governing law — disputes
These GTS are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to a mandatory attempt at mediation and, failing that, will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon.
